glad you're with us to help us break it down. what's your take on the radiation coming in to the water off the fukushima plant right now? >> first you have to look at this in two categories. one category is the water that's being released into the ocean in the proximity of the plant. certainly that's something that we want to monitor. certainly there could be some kind of genetic effects in the area very close to the facility but i wouldn't see that as significant. i think more importantly what we'd have to watch is how these materials accumulate in food products, and then could be consumed by people. but that can be monitored. the other area is the material that's being released into the ocean. of course i don't know where they're planning to dump this material. of course farther out in deeper water is better. but the ocean is so vast that this material would dilute very rapidly and i wouldn't see any lasting effects at all. >> so you're less concerned about what these mutant fish might look like, you're more concerned with gett
